Howdy! This here is another new drink on our cocktail menu, the WATER BUCKET! Made with Monopolowa potato vodka, fresh squeezed lime juice, watermelon juice, and a mint leaf we slapped the tar out of! Yeehaw! We are dropping a new Pony Up cocktail menu! This drink is SWEET SUMMER, a refreshing drink with peach Crown Royal, a vanilla simple syrup, lemon juice, and house mint and basil sun tea (we baked it in this heat ourselves)! We are super excited to introduce a unique beverage menu and hope you all enjoy it! Many more to come! Pony up!

There are a lot of projects to be done here at Pony Up, one of which will be taking place tomorrow where we will need the building emptied. So tomorrow only we will be closed!(06/22/26) See you all Tuesday when we will release our “Gamblers 4th of July” contest! Pony up!
