An amazing photo, taken from an amazing person!!! Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend and helped us tighten up our loose ends!!! We wanted to let you know we plan on starting events up here on the hill very soon!!! Our nights will soon have BINGO, trivia, line dancing, karaoke, country/rock n’ roll DJs, and of course live bands!!!
And also, big thanks to everyone who has tried us out before this weekend and dealt with our hammering and power tools during service time. It has been a true labor of love doing a build out inside of this venue, and we have had an amazing time meeting everyone!!! Pony up!!!

Yee-Haw! Thats right everyone, the bar and restaurant side of Pony Up is finally open! Come check out the inside and grab one of our signature smash burgers!
We do things a little differently here… not only do we smash our burgers, we smash the buns too! We smash “Martins famous potato buns” on top of cheese! This gives our burgers a delicious cheesy and crispy bun!
Come up now and give our servers and bartenders a great learning shift! Pony up!

We are holding onto what little warm days we have left here up on the hill! Going tropical for the week! Our special is a MUSUBI BOWL! Sesame seasoned rice topped with fat chunks of Spam, green onions, furikake, and a fried egg! Served along side one of Troyal’s pina colada frozen daiquiris makes this combo 10/10! Pony up!

We have a delicious special this week! MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST NACHO! House made chips, topped with queso, shredded cheese mix, tomato’s, onions, Pepperoncinis, and slow cooked pot roast! Pairs very well with this Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin B**r! Tastes like Fall! Also the second shake a day pot was hot, but the first is over $2300! Pony up!

Just a little update… We are very close to opening up the middle area of the venue! We have been working on throwing paint on the walls, finishing the floors, installing fixtures, and doing every other big and little thing that comes with restoring a massive space! Thank you all for your patience!

Our neighbors at ODD WORLD BREWERY had a crash landing and are finishing repairs to deliver Earths’ newest b**r (and figure out the bureaucracy of Earth)!

When we do open, we will have a larger food menu available, more specialty drinks, and a space designed for a great time! We truly hope y’all like what we have been working on, labor of love is an understatement! And a big thanks to all of the help we have been getting from everyone participating in the remodel! We will give you all special shoutouts as we start opening! And thanks again to everyone’s continued support! Pony up!
