We chased summer hard this year with a fun day at Alki beach and seeing Chris Stapleton under the stars at the Gorge. ☀️ We went Hiking to a fire lookout station and spent a day watching all the animals at Point Defiance Zoo. Then we kept driving east until Washington turned into Montana, and suddenly we were standing at Hungry Horse Dam, flying down slides at Big Sky Waterpark, and losing our minds a little at Glacier National Park. 🏔️

Nobody in our family mentioned the itinerary once and we are still talking about all the funny and special moments we shared!

That's the whole secret behind every celebration we design. Memory doesn't attach to the party itself. It attaches to the moment inside the party. It's why our prepackaged parties are designed to bring people closer...so guests actually talk, laugh and bond.

🇮🇹 ITALIAN FAMILY VACATION...Part Three: Siena!

We ended our Italian vacation by taking a cooking class in Siena! 🍝

With flour on our hands and not a single phone at the table (except for me taking videos 🤭) . Two hours of rolling pasta, and my kids concentrated so hard to make the perfect meal.

And then came one of those moments that brought everything full circle. We sat around a table, sharing a meal with people from all around the world, laughing, talking, swapping stories and simply enjoying being together. It reminded me that gathering is about so much more than balloons and perfectly planned details. 🫶🏼

And in that moment, I was reminded exactly why I created Party Magic in the first place: to bring people together and create the kind of moments that turn into memories.

This was an amazing trip that I will remember forever. I hope one day my girls look back at this trip and cherish the time they had with mom and dad! ♥️

🇮🇹 ITALIAN FAMILY VACATION...Part One: Rome!

This party planner went to Rome this summer and I took the husband and kiddos with me. ✨

We did the whole dream: the Colosseum, coins in the Trevi Fountain, Renaissance art that made us whisper, and more gelato than I will ever admit to. 🍨

Rome doesn't decorate for gatherings. It designs them. The piazzas, the long tables, the slow meals...all of it built so people actually connect. 🍝

It reminded me of the intentional and purpose-filled parties we create at Party Magic! 🪄

When Shannon and Dan asked us to host their Freedom Dinner for , we knew the room needed to feel like a celebration, not a fundraiser.

So our team handled everything at our venue: the decor, the setup, the raffle, and a full lineup of fundraising games. Guests belted their hearts out in a karaoke fundraiser and battled through emoji pictionary like their dignity depended on it. 🎤

The result? Over $6,000 raised to help stop human trafficking around the world. Real money, real impact, and a room full of people who actually bonded.

A boba lemonade bar just ended the juice box era, and honestly? It was time. ✨

This Sparkle Mocktail Soirée turned our party venue into a purple wonderland. Sparkly decorations, a boba lemonade bar, and one awesome mom who hosted a bingo game her guests will be quoting for years. We set up a sticker station where every guest decorated their own tumbler. That's how you plan WOW moments that get people talking instead of scrolling!

The best part of our fully planned party packages? We handled the space, the decor, the snack plates, the boba lemonade bar, the setup, and every last bit of cleanup.🧋

One balloon garland, two parties. Here's how our mermaid birthday party turned into a backyard movie night. 🧜‍♀️

Sustainability matters! Everybody noticed it looked like it belonged.

✨ This is what we mean by an intentional party. The garland was never the point. The point was a group of ten year olds who talked through the whole movie and had to be pried off the lawn at the end of the night.
