Without theater, the world would feel a little quieter, a little less colorful, and a lot less connected. Stories wouldn’t leap off the page, emotions wouldn’t echo through a room full of strangers, and so many voices would go unheard.

On this World Theater Day, I’m especially grateful—not just for the magic that lives onstage, but for the chance to help spark that same passion in the next generation of performers. There is something so powerful about watching the kids in Starr Theater discover their voice, step into a character, and realize they belong in the spotlight.

Theater is more than lines and lights—it’s courage, creativity, and connection. It’s building something beautiful out of nothing and sharing it with the world.

Here’s to the storytellers, the dreamers, and the magic-makers. 🎭 Happy World Theater Day!

🏰✨ EXCITING NEWS: We’re Approved! ✨🏰

We’re thrilled to announce that Starr Theater’s application has officially been accepted for the Disney World Performing Arts Workshops! Due to the wide age range of our performers, they have slightly modified plans and participation will be structured as follows:

🎭 We can now participate in THREE workshops instead of two:

Dance Workshop

Vocal Workshop

Broadway Scene Workshop

Elementary-aged performers may participate in:
✔️ Dance
✔️ Vocal

Middle & High School performers may participate in:
✔️ Dance
✔️ Vocal
✔️ Broadway Scene

This is an incredible opportunity for our students to train with Disney teaching artists while learning and performing in one of the most magical places in the world ✨

💳 Payment Timeline & Important Details

$500 deposit due at sign-up for each student and chaperone, final student commitment counts must be finalized by end of February

Full payment due 30 days prior to the trip

Partial payments are non-refundable if you withdraw from the trip, as Arioso is responsible for the full cost

Individual student fundraising totals will be applied directly to your account as they are received

Estimated total cost: $1,700 per person
This estimate is tentative and may change based on enrollment — more students = deeper group discounts!

* Arioso does not profit from any trip funds. All payments go directly toward each student’s travel, workshops, and associated trip expenses.
