Hey friends! 👋

Just wanted to check in because I know it’s been a little quiet over here! I’m still around—I promise! 😊 While you’re all out making summer memories with your family and friends, I’ve been busy helping families buy and sell homes and making memories with my family and friends. 🏡❤️

I miss all of my little painters so much and can’t wait to get back to painting with you once school starts and life slows down a bit after we’ve all soaked up every minute of our short-lived North Dakota sunshine! ☀️🎨

Hey Mini Makers! I’m still on cloud 9 from our minis makers market- thinking we will do another this fall but don’t forget to sign up for the Kids Markets at BisMarket! I hope to see some familiar faces their selling their handmade goods!

👀❓We have been getting a lot of messages asking whether or not there will be a Kids Market this year. YES!! We're having THREE this season!

🚨Applications are 👉NOT👈 available yet!
In fact, they won't be ready until closer to June. May is a crazy month for our team, and while we know the entire market season is important, there is soooo much to finalize and have ready by opening day.

We do know this much:
-There will be a cap of 15 kid vendors spaces for each market.
-Each kid vendor gets to attend one market date, so start brainstorming with your young entrepreneurs on when they want to shine.
-Once a date is full, we CANNOT add anymore! The earlier your kiddo applies, the better their chances are to get the date of their choice (like last season, they can choose a backup date just in case).
-Kids do not have to pay a vendor fee.
-Current BisMarket vendors are welcome to share their booth space with their kids.

Again, applications are NOT available yet. Please be patient with us! We promise more info will roll out as we get closer!! 🫶
