Can't believe it! The *last* Kids Summer Stage of the season is tomorrow (Wed)! Grand finale--lots of dancing, singing & fun activities with Kittyko Music, Northern Plains Dance & free art project w/ Alekz Thoms! Starts at noon, Custer Park in Bismarck. Free, all ages!

SOOO... we're going to try this again. Last time we had the event, NObody showed up to contest. We'll be here tomorrow evening (Tuesday, August 11) and hope to see some contestants.

For the best braids and fastest braiding contests, any age can enter. Come to the contest with your braids for our judges to judge. Fastest braids will be judged on site. For thickest and hard luck braid, adults (18+) only please, and will be measured on site.

BSC Theatre is thrilled to announce that our 2027–2028 (NEXT YEAR) MainStage Season will open with one of the most beloved and powerful musicals ever written…

🎭 Les Misérables 🎭

In November of 2027, Victor Hugo’s timeless story of hope, redemption, sacrifice, courage, and the enduring power of love will come to life on the stage of the Advanced Technology Center Theatre at Bismarck State College.

From its soaring score and unforgettable characters to its breathtaking moments of humanity, Les Misérables has inspired audiences around the world for generations. We cannot wait to share this extraordinary theatrical experience with our students, our community, and audiences from across the region.

This is more than a production, it will be an EVENT.

🎟️ Audition information, creative team announcements, ticket details, and the remainder of next year’s 2027–2028 BSC Theatre season will be revealed at a later date.

The people sing… and in November of 2027, their song will be heard at BSC Theatre.
