Shoutout to our incredible musicians for Come From Away, who are pushing outside their comfort zones with traditional Newfoundland instruments. Our talented Music Director Matt Smart even picked up the accordion for this show, just needing "about 8 hours of practice." (Color us impressed!)

Even cooler than that, the accordion itself is on loan from cast member Valerie Accetta. It's her grandfather's instrument from Germany. Matt says, "It's really special that she's willing to loan the family heirloom to us for this production. It's very "Gander" of her!"

You'll learn theory and technique in five departments: Props, Scenic, Lighting, Sound, and Costuming. Then you'll be part of the run crew for Chicago: Teen Edition, joining the cast to make it all come together!

Well, we're pleased to announce that after mischief-makers brought a real bottle of Screech and a red snapper to the Opening Night party, most of the cast & crew of Come From Away (and head administration of RMT) have now "kissed the fish." We are all Islanders!
