With a heavy heart, I'd like to announce that it's time for Forma's curtain call. The current season has been difficult for so many small/local businesses, and Forma Arts + Wellness will not reopen to the public for classes, rentals or events. Formations Dance Company will still host auditions on June 13 & will continue with their 2020-2021 season. Thank you for loving and believing in our , for sweating, dancing, singing, laughing and celebrating inside these walls.
