The Birmingham Zoo is home is a variety of animals, including lions, zebras, giraffes, sea lions, orangutans, a jaguar, African elephants, and endangered species from six continents! The Birmingham Zoo is a non-profit and is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, except during special, seasonal, and extended hours. Regular admission is $18.

95* for adults, $15.95* for senior citizens, military, first responders, and college students, and $13.95* for children ages 2-12 (*Price not including tax). The Birmingham Zoo is the only AZA-accredited Zoo in the state of Alabama.

📆 Join us on Sept. 4-5 from 7pm to 9am the next morning for a night of fun and adventure!

🦁 Zoo Snooze overnight experiences at your Birmingham Zoo include a tour and special educational program led by one of our trained education specialists.
