The 1-Man Origin Story
SF began all the way back in 2012 as your 1 man team of traveling around Alabama visiting haunts, building connections, trust and credibility. Writing reviews on Facebook for his proud mother to read. Fast forward 5ish years, SF grew like a wildfire across the Southeast as the ultimate brand for honest haunt reviews. The Birth of SF Reps
That wasn't enough, Tyler wanted to shine the light beyond the haunts and start promoting and networking with the ones that bring it all to life. The haunters, production teams and makeup artists. So he launched SF Reps. Birthed a place where all these wonderful folks can gather and have a place to be noticed and promoted. Granted, some turned out to be as****es and created a s**t storm among many other s**theads by claiming "SF builds egos." Idiots... We all know as****es build egos, and we're not as****es. Nonetheless, SF established itself as the ultimate destination for amazing people who wasn't about all the bulls**t as it's 300 plus strong worldwide as of 2026. Also, SF earned it's reputable status with MANY haunts throughout their home state of Alabama, the Southeast and Midwest. SF is proud and humbled to be sponsored by THE LEGENDARY Woods Of Terror in Greensboro, North Carolina and the KING of the Husker state, Scary Acres in Omaha, Nebraska. The "Family Of Haunts" (FOH)
That wasn't enough, SF launched "Family Of Haunts" aka "FOH" in 2019. That is a list of haunts who specifically apart of SF and SF utilizes that relationship for exclusive promoting and visiting them while on tour. So if you see any other brand using "family of haunts", they legit stole it from SF. Why We Peaced Out of Traditional Reviews
Fast forward to the present. We no longer do haunt reviews because lets be real... Everybody and their lil kid sister is self claimed "haunt reviewer" now and it's truly killed the entire aspect and beauty of it. So we decided to peace out of that aspect and let them all have it. (THAT being said, there are a few credible ones left that we would definitely vouch for. They still doing their best to keep it alive. So, much respect to them.. No we're not talking about Loud Wi***es Chicken Wings, Boba Tea and Haunt Reviews..) Now, we focus purely on promoting where we go and the places and people we meet and visit. In the end, thats way more rewarding anyway. We LOVE filming promos and commercials for haunts and events. We're definitely not The Russo Brothers but our work definitely speaks for itself. Yeah, we still do rankings for the most part. We have secret reps throughout the entire country. They visit haunts multiple times throughout the season and score them. Here's the best part, the haunts don't even know they are there...Kind of hard to honestly review and score a haunt when you announce an "exclusive visit" a month in advance, especially if you are using that haunt to sell your own personal arts and crafts. But we do rankings and if you care about that sort of thing, it's there for you to check out; if you don't, then forget we even said anything about it. The Mature Mentality
As you can tell by this point, we're pretty transparent and straightforward and we're not PG. Don't get us wrong, we 100% know how to be professional and PG and absolutely are when it matters and it calls for it. That's the one thing haunts that have worked with us will proudly admit. BUT.... We are definitely a mature-rated mentality when it comes to our pages and own SF content. Gamers & The Grand Scheme
We are gamers and we game all the time over on Twitch; we welcome everyone who isn't a jerk to come have fun with us. In the end and grand scheme of things, SF is well established and solidified—we are not going anywhere. Yeah, we get criticized sometimes; well, actually we get a lot of heat. But that stems from clueless people who truly don't know any better or from people that we've basically booted and refuse to associate with anymore. Or just complete idiots who think a TikTok following is something to brag about...
The Bottom Line: We Are Not Rockstars
Overall, let's be real. We're here to promote cool events, places, things, share awesome stories and amazing people. We don't have time for nonsense and petty drama or this holier-than-thou mentality. Don't get us wrong, we don't start anything. But we're definitely NOT afraid to push back and finish it. But we are ALL just haunters that put on masks or makeup to scare and entertain the public. WE ARE NOT ROCKSTARS and neither are you. A haunter working a free local charity haunt is just as important as a haunter at a massive budget haunt that’s getting promoted on all the "overpriced" billboards. And while we're at it, Midway/Queue line actors are not better than any actor who works a scene on the inside...
