LISA BURTON

Lisa Burton is a photographer and mixed-media artist from Birmingham, who has spent the last 30 years documenting abandoned buildings, homes, and vehicles throughout the Southeast and beyond. Using found objects, vintage materials, and historic artifacts, she transforms photographs into layered 3-D wall installations that preserve the character and history of forgotten places. Her work is rooted in storytelling, memory, and the beauty of decay, blending photography and sculpture to give abandoned spaces a second life.

RINA MARAPAO

Rina Marapao is an emerging Filipina painter specializing in both watercolor and oil painting. Born and raised in Palawan, Philippines, her early environment deeply shaped her visual language and sensitivity to natural forms. She migrated to the United States in 2024, a life transition that continues to inform her artistic perspective and evolving practice. Rina holds a psychology degree that influences an exploration of mental states in her abstract and fine art works. She continuously experiments with new forms based upon her heritage and has been diving deeper to understand the human psyche. Now based in Birmingham, Rina is expanding her presence as a fine artist.
