Steel City

Steel City Centered around four talented vocalists and shared lead singing duties, the band hammers out its versions of hit tunes from a variety of genres.

Cast from one-off molds across the state of Alabama, the members of Steel City encountered each other at the UAB School of Dentistry and have assembled for the purpose of echoing the well-crafted tracks of some of the greatest tunesmiths of all time. While the band members have a shared musical passion rooted in classic rock, their musical expression and creativity permit them to shape songs from a variety of music styles, from funk and folk rock to Motown and modern pop, into live entertainment for listeners of all walks of life. As they forge their own careers in the field of dentistry, they aim to pour their passion for music into entertaining audiences while humbly paying homage to the exceptional artists who have inspired them. The members of Steel City look forward to any opportunity to entertain a crowd, and hope you’ll consider them for your next event.
