We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring... the consequences of my own actions (getting a tetanus shot)

In short, I was impatient and decided to try and make due with my broken arbor press so I could make more progress on projects while on a craft & chat with some friends.

Did I know the arbor press was broken?
Yes

Did I order a replacement press from Ohio Clicker Die?
Yes

Was that scheduled to deliver the next day?
Also yes

Was I told it was a bad idea?
Yeah

Did I do it anyways?..yeah

Me: "Oh, I'm bleeding"
Friend: "When was your last tetanus shot"
My Wife: "he hasnt gotten a tetanus shot since before we started dating"
Friend: "You're getting a tetanus shot"

On the plus side, I also got my flu and covid boosters. Protect your neighbors this flu season and get your shots!

The new press also delivered today! I hope I'm not too sore from my shots to be able to use it tomorrow.

Lets make a ghost keychain! (Part 1)

This video shows my clicker die setup and the press I use to get even, consistent cuts of the ghosty boys.

I'm selling the finished keychains for $10/each to fundraise for a LARP event on halloween weekend. Shipping is either $2/each in an envelope by usps, or $12 for up to a dozen in a package with tracking. Message me if you want any!

Howdy friends, I'm selling ghost keychains for $10 each to help fundraise for the Kingdom of Winter's Edge Coronation on Halloween weekend! The profits from the keychains (about $5/each) will be donated to the event to help lower ticket prices and cover event costs. They're hand made from high quality italian leather right here in the magic city. I'll also post the cost/profit breakdown after the event for full transparency on how much money was raised and that it went to the event.

I can deliver for free to any meeting of The Everliving Woods Amtgard, my local larp group. I also can mail them through usps for $2/each, or I can fit a handful of them in a $12 flat rate box with tracking. I can take payment through paypal, cashapp, or venmo, please message me for details.

Also, I will be doing a small setup at ELW's park day on Saturday, October 17th in Vestavia Hills, Alabama! I'll also be donating 20% of all my october revenue to the event. I've been involved in amtgard for about a decade, and with how the economy is right now, I'd like to be able to help pay it forward to the community that helped make me who I am today.

Also, I am helping organize the event, so I unfortunately am spread a little too thin to reopen my online shop. I'll make a post when I have the timeframe for my next shop update.
