The frequency at which I create is directly linked to my stress levels.

​If you see me making an excessive amount of art, know that I am probably not okay, but I am a hell of a lot better than I would be if I weren't creating.

If you can't get help, or won't get help, please just create something.

​It acts as a release valve for all the pent-up energy from those unwanted thoughts, interactions, or comments that have been festering and gnawing at your perceived self-worth.

​But it also serves as a way to reflect.

​When you create, things leak out of your subconscious that you didn't even know were there.

It can, and often will lead to new thought patterns that at the very least disrupt the existing patterns and at its best leads to a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
