Dear Hudson K-8 Parents,

We are hosting a free for the community opportunity after school in our BCAP Program entitled the YLC COOK-OFF featuring four student "chefs" in Hudson K-8 BCAP Y-Achievers Programming on May 16th, 2023 at 3:30pm-5:00pm.
They have been hard at work from event planning, chef training, and even marketing the event and planning logistics this past few weeks. I have been their guide as the College and Career Prep Youth Program sent by a local YMCA to empower minority children in all careers and moving towards their secondary education.

I'd love to see more people involved in helping us by showing up or reposting or sponsoring our event and future programs like our upcoming Run For President Speaker Training Initiative starting on March 17th, 2023. Additionally, we are looking go host a Juneteenth themed event at Shades Valley YMCA on June 15th either during camp times or after hours. We need black business vendors and black leaders to support this nearly completely student run programming led by myself, Neena Speer.
