We Upcycled WHAT Into a Scarecrow?! 💀😂

When my brother asked for a little help with their entry for Frankenmuth’s scarecrow contest, apparently a regular scarecrow just wasn’t going to do. 💀😂

And in true Vin Cycle fashion, we gave some old things a brand-new purpose! His outfit was created from old clothing, burlap sacks and—believe it or not—an old car cover! A little upcycling, a LOT of skeleton, and quite a bit of wrestling later… meet Then Is Now’s 2026 scarecrow!
