Sponsorships help cover permits, security, sanitation, accessible shuttles, printing, and more.

We offer multiple sponsorship tiers for businesses of all sizes, with perks including program ads, logo placement, merch, social media shoutouts, and more.

🍔🌮 Binghamton Porchfest 2026 Food Vendor Applications Are Open 🌭🍦

We’re currently accepting food vendors for Porchfest 2026! Vendor spaces are limited and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.

Selection is based on application timing as well as creating a diverse mix of food offerings throughout the festival.

A few important things to know before applying:

→ Vendor fee is $200 and due within one week of acceptance
→ Vendors may set up in their own yard (or a friend’s yard), or Porchfest can help place vendors in a high-traffic festival area
→ All vendors must be fully licensed and compliant with NYS Health Department regulations
→ Allergen information must be clearly posted at your booth
→ No alcohol sales permitted
→ No lemonade stands please — we save those for the kids 🍋

Accepted vendors will be included on festival maps, the website, and the official program.

🚨 BINGHAMTON PORCHFEST NEEDS VOLUNTEERS 🚨

Porchfest only happens because an incredible group of people come together every year to help make the magic happen, and we’re looking for more helping hands for 2026 ❤️

Whether you want to help set up in the morning, keep things running smoothly during the festival, or help clean up afterward, there’s a spot for you on the team. Volunteer roles include:

→ Setup Crew
→ Cleanup Crew
→ Parking Crew
→ Street Closure Crew
→ Trash & Recycling Crew
→ Shuttle Service
→ Neighborhood Canvassing

(Our merch team is currently full!)

You don’t need special experience, just a willingness to help out and be part of one of Binghamton’s favorite days of the year ☀️

Volunteers also get a free shirt, snacks, and our eternal gratitude.

Porchfest only works when we work together, respecting volume levels, set times, neighboring performers, hosts, volunteers, and the family-friendly spirit of the event that makes the day so special year after year.

Whether you’re a full band, solo act, experimental noise artist, folk singer, or live electronic performer, we’re excited to hear what you bring to the neighborhood! Just keep it thoughtful, collaborative, and community-minded.
