Join us for a special DFN Field Trip to Hope Ranch Lavender. This empowering follow-along dance cardio class celebrates the truth that movement is medicine among rows of blooming lavender with double mountain views. After class, enjoy the farm stand, lavender goods, and coffee + crepes from Columbia Gorge Crepes. A portion of proceeds will support the Roulette family as they navigate Mike’s battle with brain cancer.

We are teaming up with Native Provisions for an evening of movement, connection, and nourishment. Join us for a classic Thursday evening Dance Fitness with Nika (DFN), an empowering, all-levels dance cardio that energizes and inspires, then gather around tables set up within NK STUDIOS for a seasonal dinner crafted by Petra of Native Provisions.

Known for her artful presentations, locally sourced ingredients, and vibrant approach, Native Provisions creates meals that celebrate beauty and flavor. Come move, share a meal, and connect with friends, new and old, for a uniquely Gorge-inspired evening rooted in community, wellness, and the joy of gathering.

Tickets are $70 and include both dance class & dinner. Dinner space is limited to 30 guests. If you’d like to join us for dance class only, simply register as usual under our drop-in classes.
