Since when did teaching BEGINNER schools turn into a “who’s who” contest??

I didn’t give up my rodeo career to teach women how to ride broncs just to be treated like garbage by the students I’ve taught.

This isn’t a big dick contest. I will GLADLY step down and let yall have it. This is not how we build the ranch bronc sport you supposedly are trying to preserve.

I gave up my rodeo goals to do this. Just because I don’t have the latest “title” doesn’t discredit my experiences. I do have some titles in my own right.

If you wanna teach women so badly… go for it. I’ll go back to my rodeo goals and leave it all behind.

The ones I learned from growing up, the ones I looked up to, the ones who’ve made fun of me for years for teaching schools- are the ones who are now bothered by what I do and degrading me for it.

Tell me one “world champion” out there who actively puts down ANYONE (man or woman) in the sport for trying to pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

Just because you’re a champion in the arena, doesn’t mean you’re a champion in the heart.

If you’re a sh*tty person, you’re a sh*tty person. No matter what you call yourself.

Repeat after me:

I do not trust people who only have stories about what everyone else did wrong.

Pay attention.

-When conflict comes up, do they talk about what they learned?
-Or do they only talk about how misunderstood, betrayed, or innocent they were?
-Can they laugh at themselves?
-Can they name their own immaturity?
-Can they admit where they got it wrong without turning it into self-hatred?

Someone who cannot speak plainly about where they got it wrong is not safe with your trust.

Accountability is attractive.
Ego is not.

I don't know who needs to hear this but-if you're someone who inspires people, chances are, you also intimidate people.

Not because you're doing anything wrong, but because your light exposes what others haven't yet tapped into within themselves.

Inspiration and intimidation are two sides of the same mirror.

What one person sees as motivation, another sees as a reminder of everything they've been avoiding. Your confidence, your consistency, your evolution—it's magnetic to some and uncomfortable for others.

You walk into a room and people either feel charged or challenged. Both reactions say more about them than they do about you.

You don't have to shrink to be seen as safe. You don't have to dim to make others feel comfortable.

Let your presence provoke growth, even if it rattles something in the process.

If your existence sparks something in people-whether it's admiration or resistance—you're doing something right.

Keep being that mirror. The ones who are meant to rise with you will see their reflection and get to work
