It was a beautiful autumn day today and I was able to get out and fire up the old coal forge and make a campfire tripod that I’ve been needing to get done, still have to make the pot hanger hooks but that’ll be another day (I’m not going to throw out my shoulder again)

Well now I just got an order for 6 custom tie die shirts so I’ll be doing some dying at some point this week/weekend so ifin y’all have been wanting something special/specific tie died now would be the time to let me know! I’ll be doing teal and grey, as well as probably green, black and a pink so far so if you want another color tell me that too.

Some times being an empathetic pagan blacksmith is hard cause I use 93% recycled materials and I listen to what the metal tells me, some times it’s like I find a piece of steel on the side of the road and it tell me what it wants to be, other times 1/2 way through forging it out it will give me a name (actually a face) of who it wants to be for and then subconsciously I start to put my energy towards that person without even knowing if said person wants it, and I feel like a do**he if I say “hay I made this with you in mind that’ll be $250.00” when they didn’t know I was making it for them
