Ross Barrel Racing is no longer affiliated with Pale Horse Ranch. We will be holding our post poned races at a new location to be announced soon. I apologize for any inconvenience, but for the safety of my horses and the horses of all of our entrants and guests, I can not longer in good consciousness continue to hold ANY events at Pale Horse Ranch. If you have any questions please feel free to message me. To those who know what is happening, I am truly humbled at all your support and love. From Texas dept of Agriculture. This is posted on the Texas dept of agriculture site. I am surprised to see so many places still advertising events for this weekend and next weekend and people posting ISO races for this weekend and next weekend. It could be they do not know what is happening. But this virus is SO EASILY spread. If your horses have their regular vaccinations that does not mean they are immune from getting this deadly virus, it means they have a better chance of surviving it. If your horses were exposed or you are worried then take your horse to the vet and get a booster of the vaccine. It will NOT prevent the horse from getting it but it will help the case be less severe.

My opinion is all events should be canceled or POSTPONED. Everyone should keep there horses home and not risk losing their partners.

PALE HORSE RANCH IS NOT ALLOWING ANY HORSES ON OR OFF PROPERTY AT THIS TIME FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PERSONAL HORSES AND THE SAFETY OF OUR BOARDERS HORSES.

WE HAVE POSTPONED OUR NOV 21ST RACE AND ARE GOING TO POST SCHEDULE FOR DECEMBER WHEN WE SEE WHAT STATE IS GOING TO DO.

Our hearts and prayers are with those who's horses have passed and those who were exposed and are currently sick or are waiting worried about their horses. Please Heavenly Father watch over all of our equine friends and family's.

Our Bulls and Barrels for Friday the 21st is being post poned due to the EVH-1 outbreak at recent event in Waco. Many have asked and are concerned about the safety of their horses. I also worry about my horses and yours as well as the 50 horses that live on Pale Horse Ranch. Those of you that already paid will automatically be put on new dates draw with same number. If you wish to have refund and be pulled out completely and I will get that processed ASAP. We will be having it in December I will post date tomorrow after Merrill and I look at our Calender. Thank you.

We have had 2 people cancel so that makes our total available entry spots 12 for tomorrow night. We can only take a total of 30 entries for tomorrow night text 4302913525 to enter barrels do not risk coming out with out pre registering i will not be able to ad spots once we fill up due to time restrictions. Exhibitions begin at 3pm and end at 5pm they are also scheduled. Please note schedule on flyer. We will be having arena ride time between 5pm and 6pm. Concessions will be open as well as food truck and vendors on site!!! Looking forward to seeing you all there!!! Costume contests, games! Raffles and prizes!!! So much fun to be had cannot wait!! Hope you all have an awesome Halloween!!

RACE POSTPONED!!! DUE TO HEAT!!!

Today's race is bringing postponed due to heat. We are a covered arena but not an indoor and the weather is still in the 90s by 8pm. At 5pm start of exhibitions it's still 97 with a high heat index and potential thunderstorms at 2pm and 3pm making it humid and miserable.so for safety of our equine partners and our riders I have made the decision to postpone this race. New dates will be announced. Thank you.
