ATTENTION FOR WINTER RIDE TIME SLOTS

Things will be changing for winter ride time call-ins this year. We are doing this for full transparency, so people understand how it all works. There have been complaints about the old system, so we are changing it up. On Tuesday September 22 at 7:00 pm sharp you will need to be at the Community Hall at the Fairgrounds (Building behind the playground) You or someone representing you will need to be there IN PERSON. Anyone coming into the building after 7:10 pm will not get a number. As soon as you walk in the door you will pick a number. Once everyone gets a number, we will be using a roller cage to call those numbers out. When your # is drawn you will pick what time slot you would like.

Please keep in mind
1. Only one ride time per household
2. If you cannot make it, you can have a representative in your place, BUT that person will only get one ride time. If someone is already coming to get a ride time they cannot get a ride time for you as well.
3. There are so many people now that want to use the indoor arena for winter ride times. If you are able to put more than one name down so your slot gets used every week that would be really helpful as well. (as long as they don't have their name on another time slot)

FYI Ag Center indoor arenas will be closed to barrels and poles until Monday August 24th. We will also have equipment in and out of the arenas throughout the days of Monday and Tuesday this week Aug 17-18 preparing for the stock horse show that starts this week.

The rest of the week the barn will be closed for open ride.

What's going on at the Sublette County Fairgrounds you ask? This is what's going on we have the Montana Cutting Horse Association here for the week. Starting today August 5th and going until the 12th. Starts early in the morning and goes into the evenings. Lots of moving parts and we are thankful for everyone who helps make it happen.
