REMINDER: If you are interested in getting a winter ride time slot remember the process will be different this year and in person. Please read the post below. If you have any questions, please reach out at 307-749-3546. See you in a few days.

ATTENTION FOR WINTER RIDE TIME SLOTS

Things will be changing for winter ride time call-ins this year. We are doing this for full transparency, so people understand how it all works. There have been complaints about the old system, so we are changing it up. On Tuesday September 22 at 7:00 pm sharp you will need to be at the Community Hall at the Fairgrounds (Building behind the playground) You or someone representing you will need to be there IN PERSON. Anyone coming into the building after 7:10 pm will not get a number. As soon as you walk in the door you will pick a number. Once everyone gets a number, we will be using a roller cage to call those numbers out. When your # is drawn you will pick what time slot you would like.

Please keep in mind
1. Only one ride time per household
2. If you cannot make it, you can have a representative in your place, BUT that person will only get one ride time. If someone is already coming to get a ride time they cannot get a ride time for you as well.
3. There are so many people now that want to use the indoor arena for winter ride times. If you are able to put more than one name down so your slot gets used every week that would be really helpful as well. (as long as they don't have their name on another time slot)

If you are out and about today we have a few vendors set up at at AG center. Inside and outside. While you are here you can watch the Cowboy State Stock Horse Association show. Entry is free.
