It was great time at the Lakeville Art Festival

I bought some art, I donated some art and sold some art😀.

It was so fun!
Thank you to everyone who visited, that said my paintings (and I quote 😁) “unique“, “amazing”, “favorite” and many more. You can’t imagine how important it was for me to hear it. Special thank you to those people who want to take my paintings home and enjoy them for many years. Honestly, it was a bit hard to part with them but I know they went to loving homes.❤️

I don’t aim to make my dots perfect; in fact, I strive for them to look imperfect. While perfection can bring a sense of satisfaction, it is imperfection that often evokes deeper interest and engagement.

This painting already found loving home, but I still want to have it here.

I don’t want to simply say ‘Happy Mother’s Day.’
I believe that if you are a mom, then Mother’s Day is every day. Not meaning that we have to receive flowers every day, but we do deserve recognition every day, just like fathers, because parenting is a very hard job. And I hope all parents experience joy in their journey of parenthood. We’ve chosen this path and we’re navigating it; sometimes it’s rough with guilt, grief, and doubts, but there’s still plenty of joy and love. It’s an incredibly powerful experience, helping us discover ourselves on a whole new level that we wouldn’t reach otherwise. Not everyone has to become a parent, and I fully support that, but for those who desire this experience, I wish them all the best.

I have to talk myself into posting this painting.

This is “Southerly wind” 24x24. Acrylic on canvas.

I have many good paintings, but for some reason, I hesitate to post them. I want people to see and take them home, yet I am reluctant to showcase them. Take this painting, for example. I adore it, it makes me feel cozy. However, I have to convince myself to post it. I don’t fully understand its essence yet, but there’s definitely some growth happening within it.
