This is not an easy thing to say as I recognize that I have not conducted business properly. I sincerely apologize to everyone I have upset in this process. Before I took the orders, I had staffing in place that had allowed me to do so but due to unforeseen circumstances, the staffing changes and personal health issues impacted my workload and ultimately those commitments and issues fell back solely on me.
I am currently rectifying orders from my website as well as deposits made. Moving forward, due to ongoing health concerns and in order to properly resolve outstanding issues, I will no longer be accepting custom orders.
If I decide to design again in the future, it will only be pre-created pieces that will reduce the previous issues I’ve had.
This is not taken lightly and I do deeply apologize to all I have affected. I do appreciate all of those who have chosen to purchase from me and support my work over the years.
