Today is my Hebrew birthday, and I want to thank you all for being part of my journey, for your love, kind words, support, and encouragement. I’m truly grateful.❤️

In Jewish tradition, there’s a beautiful custom to bless others on your birthday. And what better opportunity than this to share my blessings with as many people as possible?

So, from my heart to yours…I want to share a blessing with you.

May God bless you with good health, love, peace, abundance, and the courage to follow your heart.
May this year bring you everything your heart needs and your soul is ready to receive.
With love and gratitude,
Tammy ❤️

I don’t know how I would have gotten through some of the hardest times in my life without prayer. 🙏🏻

There were times when I had nothing left to say except, “God, please help me.” And He did, sometimes in ways I never expected.

I can’t believe the holidays are over and we’re about to welcome חשוון (Cheshvan), my birthday month! 💙

We’ve spent weeks praying for a better year. But now what? Are we willing to let go of some of the fears, resentments, and old hurts that keep us stuck?

For me, prayer is about talking to God, meditation is about making time to listen, and forgiveness is about making room for something better.

That’s why I’m reposting this 6-minute episode:
🎙️ #118 — How Prayer and Meditation Support Lasting Change

It’s also part of my Baggage Be-Gone Forgiveness Journey: How to Let Go in Just 12 Weeks, where we work on forgiving ourselves and others.

My wish for all of us this Cheshvan is that we don’t just pray for change. We become willing to make room for it and trust God’s guidance.

Thank you for being here. I love and appreciate you all! 💙🙏🏻

🎧 Give yourself 6 minutes to listen. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

״אֲנִי ה׳ בְּעִתָּהּ אֲחִישֶׁנָּה״🙏🤍
Today, after hearing what happened on the flight to Israel, this prayer feels even more meaningful to me.
Sometimes we forget how fragile life is — and then something happens that reminds us how much is completely out of our hands.

A plane lands safely. Lives are spared.
And what could have ended very differently becomes a moment of gratitude.

I don’t always understand how God works, and I don’t try to anymore.

Thank You, God, for the miracles we see and the ones we never even know happened. 🙏🏻

✨ ״אֲנִי ה׳ בְּעִתָּהּ אֲחִישֶׁנָּה״
“I am the Lord; in its time, I will hasten it.”: Isaiah 60:22
These words have been sitting deeply in my heart.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been learning to surrender more of my life, my relationships, and my business to God.

Not because I’ve given up — but because I’m learning that I cannot control everything and call it faith.
בְּעִתָּהּ — in its time. אֲחִישֶׁנָּה — I will hasten it.

And it makes me wonder:
How often are we waiting for God, while something within us is still afraid to move?

This has been my own struggle, and I know I’m not the only one who needs this reminder.

So during Sukkot, I’m sharing הַחֲשֵׁנָה, a prayer that came from this place:

🙏 My Creator, I am not asking You to rush what is not yet ready. I am asking You to guide me so I no longer delay what is.

Open my heart. Give me the courage to act when it is time to act, the faith to wait when it is time to wait, and the wisdom to know the difference.
I would love to know what this prayer brings up for you. ❤️

Happy Sukkot dear friends & family! ✨🍋

This holiday always reminds me of something so simple yet profound: even in a temporary shelter, open to the stars and the wind, we can still feel safe, joyful, and blessed.

And maybe that’s part of the lesson of Sukkot too — we can’t control everything around us, but we can practice gratitude, trust, and finding joy in what we have.
That’s why I wanted to share this episode again for Sukkot. 💛

🎙️ Episode 076: The Gratitude Reset — Train Your Mind to Feel Safe, Strong & Free
Inside the episode:
➡️ A short guided gratitude practice you can do with me
➡️ Torah + Rebbe Nachman’s wisdom on joy and gratitude
➡️ How gratitude can help shift the brain from fear toward calm
➡️ Simple ways to bring more gratitude into everyday life
💌 My blessing for you this Sukkot: May your “inner sukkah” be filled with safety, joy, gratitude, and peace.

🕊️ Almost Yom Kippur.
If you’re celebrating, G’mar Chatima Tova.
I’m sending you so much love and wishing you peace of mind, clarity, good health, and a meaningful fast.

I shared this podcast episode last year, and as Yom Kippur comes around again, I felt called to repost it.
Forgiveness has been such a personal part of my own journey. I’ve had to learn, little by little, how to let go of resentment, old stories, disappointments, and also forgive myself for things I wish I had done differently.

I’m still learning. I’m still practicing. And every year, Yom Kippur gives me another opportunity to look inward and revaluate

✨ What am I still carrying that I’m ready to put down?
✨ Who do I need to forgive, including myself, so I can move forward with a little more peace?

🎙️ Episode 075: The Power of Forgiveness: Releasing Baggage and Starting Fresh
I’m sharing it again in case it speaks to something in your heart this year.

May we all be written and sealed for a year of health, peace, healing, abundance, beautiful mazal, and good news.
G’mar Chatima Tova. 💛

Disappointments /אכזבות ❤️‍🩹
I know how it feels to try so hard, pray, hope, do everything you can… and still be disappointed.

Maybe part of these days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is also making peace with what didn’t happen the way we hoped it would.

Not every disappointment needs to become a story we carry with us.

Some are simply waves we’re finally ready to let pass. ❤️
What disappointment are you ready to stop carrying with you?

This week is Rosh Hashanah🍎🍯I grew up observing it as such a meaningful time of the year. There’s something beautiful about a new year. It feels like a fresh start, a clear canvas. And as exciting as a new chapter can be, sometimes it’s scary to let go of what’s familiar and step into something new.

For me, it’s a chance to look inward and ask myself: What have I been carrying? And what do I want to take with me into this new year?

The truth is, we all carry baggage: heartbreaks, childhood wounds, fears, even traumas that never fully healed. And that baggage doesn’t always stay in the past. It can show up in our relationships, our health, our energy, and even in how we see ourselves.

That’s why I wanted to share this podcast episode again as we get closer to Rosh Hashanah:

🎙️ Episode 074: What Emotional Baggage You Bring Into Your Relationships — and How to Release It
In this episode:
✨ What emotional baggage really is and how it shows up in our lives
✨ The power of forgiveness and the practice of Ho’oponopono
✨ How hypnosis and subconscious healing can help release old patterns at the root
✨ Real stories of transformation and letting go
This isn’t just about relationships. It’s about entering the new year lighter, freer, and making space for something new.

Here’s to a fresh start and a beautiful new chapter. ❤️

A few days before Rosh Hashanah, I’m sharing these words from my heart. ❤️

For anyone who has walked through pain, change, loss, growth, or a new beginning this year, may we enter the new year a little gentler with ourselves, with more acceptance, more gratitude, and more faith.

May we find meaning even in the broken pieces, and trust that somewhere within them, a gift may be waiting to be discovered.

Sending you all my love as we prepare to welcome a new year. 🍎🍯❤️

שולחת לכם אהבה גדולה לקראת השנה החדשה. שניכנס אליה בלב פתוח, באמונה ובשלום. ❤

We just entered September, and numerologically, there’s a real shift in energy. ❤️

2026 is a Universal Year 1, the beginning of a new nine-year cycle. And September carries 10/1 energy, bringing that theme of new beginnings, change, and moving forward even more to the surface.

With Rosh Hashanah also almost here, the timing feels especially meaningful.

It’s a natural time to look at our lives and ask: What am I ready to begin? What needs to change? And where am I being asked to trust myself and take the next step?
That’s why I wanted to bring back Episode 071: How to Know the Right Time, Use Numerology to Make Smart Life Choices.

One of the things I love about numerology is that it helps us understand the different seasons of our lives. Some cycles are about beginning. Others are about relationships, growth, change, letting go, or simply allowing things to unfold.

In this episode, I talk about personal year cycles and how understanding your own timing can bring more clarity to decisions around relationships, career, health, and the direction you’re heading❤️

09/01/2026

I love numerology because numbers can give us a deeper understanding of the season we’re in—and how to work with it instead of constantly pushing against ourselves.
And September 2026 is a powerful month.

We’ve moved from August’s 9 energy of completion and release into September’s 10/1 energy of new beginnings, decisions, independence, and forward movement.

And because 2026 is already a Universal Year 1, that energy is even stronger.

What does that mean for you?

This is a good month to stop putting your energy into what is finished, draining you, or keeping you stuck—and start putting it into what you actually want to build.
Your health.
Your relationships.
Your work.
Your dreams.
Your peace.
Your future.

I created this carousel to explain the September energy in a simple, practical way—and most importantly, how to use it.

Read through the slides and take what speaks to you.
You don’t need to change your whole life this month.
Choose where your energy is going—and give more of it to what you want to grow. ❤️
