This is so crazy I have to share with all my friends. I have had severe pain in my knee for 41/2 years following a botched surgery. I was in class last week and suddenly realized my knee wasn’t hurting me anymore. I started using collagen elixir almost a month ago and my knee pain is literally gone. An open letter to all dance parents!
I recently met with a student that I taught over 40 years ago and haven’t seen in 30. We had lunch and reminisced it was wonderful. She shared a Facebook post and so many former students commented saying “we were just talking about dancing school” To mean so much to these children that you are remembered 4 decades later made me realize how extremely important dance is to all children lucky enough to go to dancing school. Dance is not about pliés or leaps, glitter or costumes here’s what it is truly about:
Dance is about lifelong friendships, not only between dancers, but also their Dance Teachers who spend countless hours a week mentoring, sharing their love of dance, and growing with every single child we have the honor to teach.
All our children need to get back to dance class. Dance is not just an activity it’s a way of life.
Whether you come to our studio or another one I hope you dance.
