On Thursday, October 15, we're teaming up with our friends at the Littleton Food Cooperative for a special evening featuring Italian Wannabe, a documentary about chef Bill Disselhorst, whose beloved neighborhood restaurant became so much more than a place to eat.

After losing everything, Bill returns to the small Italian village where he and his wife first fell in love with food, hoping to rediscover the joy of cooking and the connections that made it meaningful in the first place. The film sold out five screenings at the 2026 Palm Springs International Film Festival, and now it's making its way to Bethlehem!

6:30PM - Patio reception with Italian-inspired finger foods
7:15PM - Presentation from Bethlehem Community Dinner/Bethlehem Food Pantry, followed by the film
After the screening - Live Zoom Q&A with director Steve Dabal

A little Western swing is coming to the White Mountains! We're excited to welcome back 10-time Grammy Award winners Asleep at the Wheel to The Colonial on Saturday, October 24! 🤠

For more than 50 years, Ray Benson and Asleep at the Wheel have been bringing the sounds of Western swing to audiences around the world. With over 30 albums, millions of miles on the road, and generations of talented musicians contributing to their unmistakable sound, the band has become a cornerstone of American roots music.

Now, they're bringing that incredible musical legacy to our stage in Bethlehem for an evening of live music you won't want to miss!

Last night’s Science on Screen started a little closer to home with local speaker Daniel Zajic, who shared his experience building his own house and some of the big questions he's been asking along the way. From energy efficiency to rethinking how we build in the first place, there was plenty to think about before heading to Mars with Matt Damon.

After audiences around the world watched and voted in this year’s Manhattan Short Film Festival, Life Goes On took home Best Film, while David Bradley was named Best Actor.

Ski season starts at The Colonial. 🎿❄️

Matchstick Productions is back with its 34th annual ski film, The Way Out and we're bringing it to the big screen on November 7. From massive Alaskan spine lines and deep Japanese powder to iconic Swiss villages, The Way Out is a reminder that skiing has never been just about getting down the mountain. It's the places it takes you, the people you meet, and that feeling that keeps you waiting for the first real snowfall all year.

The Creature has entered the chat.

This Saturday at 7:30PM, Benedict Cumberbatch takes the stage as Frankenstein’s Creature in the National Theatre’s production of Mary Shelley’s classic. He’s brought to life, abandoned almost immediately, and sent out into a world that isn’t particularly kind to him. Naturally, he has a few things he’d like to discuss with his creator.

Filmed live on stage and directed by Academy Award-winner Danny Boyle.
