JAM is the home of entrepreneur Jessica Marino Mitcham and JAMpress Management; providing artist management services and industry shopping. As a performer, I have a burning drive to move (literally), and to move others – ignite feeling. Art, specifically dance, makes me feel in touch with the grand theatre of human nature in even the most delicate ways. Together, lets evolve past the stereotype of 'the starving artist'. Investing time and money in my craft (ode to the woe of student loans) has unveiled the importance of business savvy and creativity working together in harmony. It is my goal as an arts ambassador to do my part in educating and preparing the next generation of dancers for these challenges. Let us grow smart movers who can balance passion with strategy. The chaos of life excites me, and I can only hope it will layer my craft with complexity and depth. May we connect, share, build, and inspire – happy dancing.
