Good Thursday morning Fitness Family!

Due to medical emergencies we have had at the fitness center lately, we are asking members to please update their medical/health information as well as emergency contact information. This is to help us if something were to happen to you while working out on your own or in a class. You will find the forms at the sign-in table. If you could take a moment to fill one out (front and back) then turn it in to my office that would be great. If I am not at my office, you can slide it under my door. These will be kept confidential and only for emergency purposes.
