Dear Dancers,

Reconnect with your body, with community, with the earth.
We will have multiple HEPA air cleaners running in the ballroom tonight.
8pm in Bethesda.

For me, the miracle of the dance is that I can have so much fun, uncover inner truth, and experience authentic connection with others — all at the same time. I don’t know of another practice that mixes these three ingredients together so naturally and effortlessly.

So, if you want to discover the deeper truth within,
if you need to reconnect to community,
or if you just need to celebrate the arrival of the weekend,
join me tomorrow night.

The Dance - 8pm tonight with Henya Emmer from NYC!

What an incredible weekend we shared at Buffalo Gap for the Gathering! The weather was perfect, the dances, community and nature divine. If you haven’t joined us at Buffalo Gap, now is the time to take the step. August at Buffalo Gap. Advanced Registration discount available for a few weeks.

Tonight, July 10, Ann will be away as she settles into a few week sabbatical, We are delighted that Henya Emmer, Ann’s colleague and brilliant 5Rhythms Movement Facilitator from Brooklyn, New York, will be holding the dance for our community.

Some of you may remember Henya from the The Gathering, where she shared her presence and her work with us in such a meaningful way. She brings that same grounded, open-hearted energy into every space she holds.

I hope you’ll join our community for this special evening. You’ll be in good hands.
