Just saw this on a friend’s page. Sadly the holidays make hard times more difficult for many. Always trust your gut when an acquaintance or friend seems off. A simple “Are you ok?” Or “I miss you, let’s catch up.” could be the most meaningful gift you’ll ever give. Thank you, John Davis for the reminder. I rarely participate in reposts but in light of recent events in our community that are heartbreaking, I am taking an initiative to remind my friends that everyone needs to know there is someone who notices and cares. Thank you in advance for reading this and sharing if you like.

Hard time of the year for a lot of folks... Hotline 800-273-TALK (8255). A simple copy and paste might save someone's life. Would 3 of my Facebook friends please copy and paste?

It is with great excitement to announce my next professional endeavor and long-term vision: Making AdoleSENSE

During the past few years, founder and creator Sharalyn Brady has committed her time obtaining a certification in childhood and adolescent psychology. She believes the tween and teen years to be the most challenging passage of youth, and will focus her practice on adolescents.

With more than 20 years of experience working with youth, Sharalyn has touched the lives of children in just about every arena. She has worked as a full time teacher in a number of area schools, served as a mentor in a variety of community service programs, directed summer camps, choreographed musicals, coached high school, taught dance, and raised two lovely children of her own. Sharalyn's experience helping kids throughout their most influential years speaks to her passion and love for working with children.

Making AdoleSENSE is and is excited to enrich and support your child and family in the DC Metro Area.
