RayaSun Studio LLC I created this page to share my passion, abstract acrylic painting, with others. Currently working on a website, stay tuned!

I am inspired and energized by color, the brighter the better! Winter 2020, I discovered acrylic painting. A year later, I feel I've developed to a point where I can share it with others. The name is derived from how I teach people my name: "Shuh-Ray-of-sunshine-uh". With Nicknames like Ray and Raya, it evolved over time to "RayaSun".

Had to do my first scraping of a piece today 😫 It was my own fault, I didn’t put them in a safe place to dry and a ball ...

Had to do my first scraping of a piece today 😫

It was my own fault, I didn’t put them in a safe place to dry and a ball landed on it while playing with the kiddos. We held a “mess it up more” ceremony before I scraped it away.

Once dry and sanded, the canvas will have another chance to become another piece 🙃
