The State Fair is next week already!

Hop aboard for a fun‑filled day at the Great Minnesota Get‑Together! Leave the driving to us and enjoy all the sights, sounds, and snacks the fair has to offer — stress‑free and full of fun. ☀️

🚌 Bus Pickup Locations & Times:

Bertha-Hewitt School – South Parking Lot
🔹 Load at 6:50 AM | Depart at 7:00 AM

Wadena – Chamber Parking Lot
🔹 Load at 7:20 AM | Depart at 7:30 AM

Ernie’s Food Market – Staples
🔹 Load at 7:50 AM | Depart at 8:00 AM

🎟️ Cost: $55 per person
Includes round‑trip transportation and fair admission

🕡 Return Info:
Depart the fair at 6:30 PM
Return home around 10:00 PM

TONIGHT!! (August 4th) National Night Out at the Bertha Community Center, 5:30-7:00pm. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend. There will be hotdogs, cotton candy, snow cones, bouncy house, and live music. It's the annual event where neighbors come together, celebrate summer, and strengthen community ties.

Thank you to Braaten Aggregate and Becker Construction for the sand and coins for the coin dig. Thank you to Seven Oaks Express for the ice cream cone coupons. $250 worth of coins were hidden in the sand! (880 coins total including 80 $1 coins!) Also hidden in the sand were 20 tokens for a free ice cream cone!
