Julia D. Borkowski here! Question…. If I were to host a Summer Showcase this June, would you be interested? Here’s the idea:
We’d start with one or two nights of auditions where participants of all ages can audition with any performance, dance, music, skits, poetry, or any other talent. After auditions, performers would rehearse on their own (solo or with their group), with 1–2 mandatory dress rehearsals leading up to a final performance night.
The auditions, rehearsal, showcase would be held at the Berryville Community Center.
This setup allows everyone the flexibility to rehearse independently while still committing to key rehearsals and getting the chance to showcase their talent in front of a live audience.
Let me know your thoughts, tag friends who might be interested, and comment if you’d want to participate! I’d love to do this, but only if there’s enough interest to make it a great event.
