Chamber Music by the Sea is the first-ever classical music festival in Berlin and Snow Hill, Marylan The only thing missing: great chamber music!

Chamber Music by the Sea is the first-ever classical music festival in Berlin and Snow Hill, Maryland. This annual summer chamber music festival offers joyful, celebratory programs performed by world-class musicians in a gorgeous corner of the country. Artistic Director Elena Urioste has been visiting the Assateague Island National Seashore regularly for the past 14 years and has loved everything

about the place: the landscape, the surrounding towns, and warmth of the people. In 2016, Chamber Music in Berlin premiered with one public concert, one house concert, and a masterclass for young local violinists; this year, the festival expands in length, reach, and number of musicians. We are grateful to make Maryland's Eastern Shore our home, and can't wait to keep bringing classical music of the highest caliber to the area!

If you were with us last week at you might have noticed that each event was PACKED — we couldn’t quite believe our own eyes but every concert was absolutely filled to the sold-out brim! But what you might not have realized was just how far your generosity extended: thanks to ticket sales, sponsorships, and generous personal donations, we were able to raise a record-breaking $38,000 for our umbrella organization, the worcestercountyedfoundation!!! Thanks to all of you, we will be able to fulfill our ongoing mission of bringing arts education to the Eastern Shore, all year round. 🎶🩵

Another year, another FABULOUS for the books! This one felt extra-special… what did you think!? ✨

The most heartfelt thanks to our musicians Michelle Barzel Ross, Caitlin Lynch, Tony Rymer, , Elena Urioste, and Kyle Armbrust; to our team Olivia Jackson, J M Andes, Marcus Urioste, and aradoff (who gets the biggest trophy as per usual for feeding us the whole week!!! 🏆); our venue hosts at the The Mermaid Museum, Art Collective, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥, REVERIE Arbor & Wine Bar, the Berlin Public Library, Chrissy Ehrhart, Ann Coates, Temple Bat Yam, All Hallows Church, and the Taylor House Museum; our sponsors at the worcestercountyedfoundation; all the musicians who joined us for our play-alongs on Wednesday and Saturday, and to EVERYONE who came out to listen and cheer us on!
