I got this cool poker app to keep track of buyins, add ons and cash outs. I'm gonna try it tonight and see how it works out. It tells you what time players bought in and what time they added on and cashed out, and they're total net winnings.

Looking at this for the Fall tournament in October. This ring is from a different company and is not the large super bowl type ring but a wearable normal sized ring.

Everyone was asking me when the next tournament was going to be. I told everyone that I'm not doing anymore summer ones since it will be to cold in the evening but I started thinking about one in the fall so with that being said here's what I decided to do.
The first annual El B***o Loco Fall Texas Holdem Classic

Saturday October 17th
Start at 3 pm in my poker room and garage
Three tables
25 players max
$250 buy in..$215 in pot..$20 for dealers..$15 for food/drinks
Rebuys $235 until end of level 3
Starting stack 40k
Levels..25 minutes
Early game from 11 am until 230 pm
(I decided to bump up the entry by $25 to give the dealers a $10 raise and to increase the prize fund.)
THIS WILL BE A RING EVENT. I am looking for a ring that is more of a wearable ring this time.
Post here if you want a seat held.

Thanks everyone. What a great turnout yesterday and except for the crazy rain that came and a lightning strike that hit only about fifty yards from our building that split a tree in half, this will be a tournament that everybody is gonna remember. It was a full house and tons of action. I'm gonna rest a little bit today and then the cleanup starts.
It was such a huge success that I might do the next tournament in the fall inside with three tables and limited to 25 players since it might be too chilly in October to do it outside.
I will keep everybody posted.
