Firehouse Art Collective Gilman Studios We are 30+ artists from various backgrounds pursuing our passion for art in the newly revitalized Gilman District of Berkeley.

The Firehouse Art Collaborative (FAC),
is a non profit project, directed by Tom Franco. Our Gilman Studios provide a space for 30+ local artists to come together as a community and pursue our creative interests whether that be through painting, sculpture, glasswork, metalwork, jewelry, etc. We host open studios every First Friday and Third Sunday of the month. Come by then to view our work and meet the wonderful artists that make this project possible.

One of our artist members is leaving for the summer and would like to sublet their studio. They will cover a portion on the fee. Your cost is $300 per month. Please direct message and mention sublet for more information. Or, email [email protected]. We have a wonderful community that supports your creativity.
