💛Choreo Study Hall (FVTA Members Only)

Need some time to work on your choreo but want a little help when you get stuck? Choreo Study Hall is the sweet spot between open studio and a structured class!
We’ll start with a mandatory group warm-up, then you’ll have independent practice time to drill your routines, review videos, film, & work through those pesky transitions; with an instructor there the whole time to help you clean things up, troubleshoot, & give feedback, if desired.

With FVTA’s fall showcase performance date comin up, we realize that it’s time to get down to business which means it’s time to Fine-Tune & ADD Finesse to your piece!
 
Join Mz.K & Leah Marie for an exciting 8-week workshop series designed to prepare you for your moment in the spotlight! In 8 weeks you’ll focus on perfecting your performance just in time for the showcase or any upcoming show you have.
 
Pole, Floor Work, Chair & Burlesque acts welcome!
By September 30th, you should have your music selected, along with a theme, style, & costuming ideas, plus some of your choreography mapped out. This series will help you take that final step to make sure you’re STAGE-READY!

In each session, we’ll help you connect choreography dots, clean up transitions & technique as well as dedicate time to ensuring your costume, hair, & makeup align perfectly with your piece’s theme. Our goal is to help you shine on stage & capture the audience’s attention!

Learn the basics of pole dance in this beginner-friendly series! Your instructor will guide you through warm-ups, foundational spins, pole tricks, and floor work, with hands-on support and practice time. No experience required—just bring your energy and curiosity!

💥LEVELS: Intro - Beginner

💥PREREQUISITES:
    •    None — open to all who want to learn Pole Basics!
 
💥WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
    •    Knee Pads or Yoga Mat for warm up
    •    Bike Shorts (this is so you can confidently and securely do Climbing Prep and Pole Sits)
    •    Barefoot or proper Pole Stilettos welcome
    •    Water bottle + some energy!

Dripping in Gold: Choreography Series + Optional Video Shoot (Adv Beg+)

Join Leah Marie for an exclusive choreography experience featuring an original signature routine with graceful low flow, intricate edgework, fluid transitions, & captivating musicality.

Over 2 Sundays, you’ll learn and refine the choreography with Leah, with an optional open training session available the following week for additional independent practice and rehearsal.

Want to take it one step further? Add on a professionally filmed performance with renowned videographer Exotuts! The video shoot is completely optional and available for an additional $150.

This workshop series is designed for students who want to deepen their artistry, refine their movement quality, & leave with a stunning performance video they’ll be proud to share.
 
LEVELS: Advanced Beginner+

PREREQUISITES:
    •    Full Bracket (trigger grip) hold on spin pole for 2 complete rotations
    •    Confidence in 7” or 8” Stilettos
