New Name, Same Light ✨
I’ve been carrying this vision quietly for a while, but today it’s time to share it out loud.

I’m Mika Orr, the heart, hands, and vision behind Light & Creation Studio.
This is more than an art brand. It’s a calling.

Through Light & Creation Studio, I create sacred work that illuminates stories, honors Black womanhood, and testifies to God’s light. Every painting, every piece, is both an offering and a witness: beauty as holy, joy as power.

And now, the first chapter of this new season…
On October 11, 2025, I’ll be unveiling my latest collection, Where Flowers Testify - an immersive art show honoring the resilience, beauty, and truth of Black women through story and paint.
