🔸Aerial Fabric 🔸 Adults Beginners level
Aerial Fabric for beginners is a slow pace class focusing on basic aerial poses, understanding the principles of aerial technique, safety, musicality and core strength with simple exercises of pilates, yoga and modern dance techniques on mats.
