🔶 This is your lucky Saturday ! John Stephenson hosting the Gallery once again. A passionate potter and our longest-time Guild member, John has embraced two careers…

🔸 One day soon after college, fatigued by 9 to 5 life working in a bank, John signed up for a ceramics class at a local college. A speedy learner, and true adult prodigy of throwing pots on the wheel, presto ! He was hooked. Soon after, participating in the college’s craft show, he sold out! Now a retired CPA, John is enjoying the fruits of more time in the studio, travel, assisting in the Guild’s transition to becoming a Non Profit, and hanging out with his beloved wife, Teresa. Come say hi, enjoy our summer Gallery colors, sign our monthly newsletter’s mailing list ~ find a treasure to bring home.

Functional earthy, heart warming stoneware, silky smooth porcelain, artful surface decoration using a myriad of skills: drawing on clay, sgraffito, Sumi-e brushwork, mishima, rice paper transfer, meticulous painting in vivid colors ~ sharing our passion in clay.
