A large, cream-colored outer mat is used to draw focus, followed by a thin blue inner mat that complements the cool tones of the mountains and water.It is housed in a modern, gray-toned wood frame with washed texture, providing a clean, contemporary finish to the antique-style print.Topped with museum glazing to provide rich and saturated dark tones, clean and crisp lines and minimal glare.

Close to 164 years later... a C**t 1860 Army .44 caliber percussion revolver, a standard-issue sidearm for Union cavalry during the American Civil War, a wooden fife with brass ferrules at both ends-common instrument used by military musicians for signaling and morale, handwritten letter to a family member and a tintype portrait was presented to us by a direct descent. It is always an honor to showcase historical artifacts and know the stories behind them.

We created a deep-profile wax-walnut frame to accommodate the three-dimensional objects like the revolver and fife. The artifacts are set against a textured fabric backing, linen olive green, the color and texture serves to make the brass and wood components of the artifacts stand out without being visually overwhelming. To add a layer of detail and to tie everything together, we incorporated a gold fillet to enhance the brass details as well. Of course to top it off, Museum glazing is the "gold standard" for maximum protection.

This scene specifically shows the Rio Albrizzi canal and the Palazzo Albrizzi - The water is still, creating soft reflections of the surrounding architecture. The dense foliage and vines drape over an old stone wall, providing an organic contrast to the rigid lines of the buildings.

This print features a fabric mat float mount to maintain full visibility of the paper edges. The design utilizes a textured dark wood moulding accented by a gold fillet to enhance the sepia and gold hues of the surroundings. Glazed with Museum Glass for 99% UV protection and anti-reflective viewing.

Contemporary African art, particularly paintings of Maasai figures, is a vibrant genre that blends deep cultural heritage with modern artistic techniques. These works often feature the elongated, slender silhouettes, reflecting the tall, lean physique of the Maasai people of Kenya and Tanzania.

We carefully sprayed mounted this art piece as it is on a bed sheet material, no glazing as per requested by our client finished in a spotted red/orange finish moulding to set a boundary between bold, high-energy, and simple.

Framing a newspaper article serves two primary purposes: long-term preservation and curated display.

This recent project features our local Ryan Coogler, the filmmaker as the New York's Times article discusses his career journey, humility despite success, and his personal approach to storytelling.

We are so honored to be his personal framers, and this project truly feels special. We chose a gray textured mat to highlight his suit and added a beautiful gold/brown fillet to the newspaper cutouts for an elegant finish. To keep these memories safe, we treated the newspaper with UV-protectant spray and finished it with Museum Glazing—not just for protection, but for that perfect, glare-free view!

To honor the natural character of this vintage embroidery our client's great-grandmother brought 130+ years ago from Sweden, we utilized a sewing-mounting technique against a fabric mat, allowing the tassels to remain fully visible.

The grain of the walnut frame adds a sophisticated architectural element while the fillet insert pulls the rich, warm browns from the piece. By using Museum Glass, we’ve ensured the display is not only protected from light damage but also remains perfectly clear.
