Welcome back! Hey, it's Robert Wyald, formerly known in the Shamanik Improv realm as “Doktor Robert”.
But enough about me, more importantly Shamanik Improv Klasses are back starting JUNE 1 & 2! They've been renamed WYALD Improv Classes and the weekend Life Series: A 2-Day Wondrous Journey from BeforeBirth to the AfterLife is coming up!
CLASS DESCRIPTION
No improv background necessary although you have to have played as a child at one point in your life.
Using the tools of WYALD Improv such as games, guided imagery, music, dance, masks, props, costumes, channeling, characters, the unknown, coloring, singing, the inner and outer worlds, poetry, our wits, our wyrd wyald ways (www), individual, paired, and group sharing and other delights, we’ll go on an adventure from before we were born, through the various stages of life: a brand new birth, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, elderhood, death and the afterlife in a brief, yet vast 2-day time together.
Less like acting, more like playing, we’ll allow our creative impulses to come through and manifest shamelessly. We’ll cultivate spontaneity, connection, and creativity, and get in touch with places in our spirits and lives that have possibly been neglected since we were kids. In other words, no pressure to “perform”; only pleasure to play, making room for all emotions!
