Garden sign installation 2 ways! Featuring my own garden and my own sign designs 💚

I love attaching my signs to stakes and placing them throughout the garden, but you have to make sure that they are in a safe place or staked very securely!

Another way is to screw them directly to the fence, and you get bonus points if you put the Pipevine sign next to Pipevine 🦋

Holiday shopping season has officially started and I’ve seen an increase of orders online and in person! Here are some of my popular items that have been doing especially well the past 30 days.

I’ve been optimizing my listings and changing my table displays as well, so that’s also been contributing!

If people like this sort of video I’ll do another check in for November to let people know how things have changed. 💚

I’m vending at four events this weekend! All of them are so so cool and I hope you come and check them out!

🎃 Friday evening I’m vending at West Coast Craft night market from 5-10pm! 50+ vendors, food and live music!

🎃 Saturday morning I’m vending at oakstead.market with awesome local artists from 11-4pm in Oakland!

🎃 Saturday evening I’ll be at Planting Justice from 6-9pm for a super sweet community fair with lots of pumpkins!

🎃 Sunday I’ll be tabling at the Berkeley Bird Festival by Golden Gate Bird Alliance where there will be lots of awesome exhibits and activities where you can learn about local birdlife!

I’m excited to be offering some new products like my lino printed bags! I’ll also have a diy stamping station for people to make their own postcards. I’m excited to see how it all goes and looking forward to each of these events 💚

Experimenting with block printing on canvas tote bags! This is my first time actually printing on fabric so there’s some trial and error as I figure out how to get the juiciest print!

I carved this Ceanothus Silk Moth into a block and then stamped it three times.

I sprayed the cotton canvas with a little bit of water before rolling Speedball fabric block printing ink on my block in thin layers. I put cardboard inside the tote bag to give it a little stiffness before applying pressure to the block.

I think these turned out pretty well for a first attempt!

Find me at West Coast Craft on 10/16 from 5-10pm! I’ll be vending at their Fort Mason night market for the first time and I’m so excited! 🎃

I’ll have lots of my California flora and fauna themed art available, including my best selling Morel Support stickers that are perfect for the start of mushroom season!

What my mail club members are getting in October! 💌

Starting today and through the 31st of this month, when you sign up you will get monarch butterfly themed merch!

At the caterpillar tier ($4), you will get The Monarch 4” x 6” print and a letter from me talking about what October means for California’s ecosystem. 💚

At the butterfly tier ($7), you will also get the holographic monarch butterfly sticker.

All of my art is about highlighting the beauty of native flora, fauna and fungi, but just bringing awareness doesn’t feel like enough right now.

I want my art to do something more concrete for the ecosystems I’m inspired by, which is why I’m so excited for this partnership with Friends of Sausal Creek (FOSC) 💚

They work to restore and preserve the biodiversity of Sausal Creek that runs through the heart of Oakland. Their work is vital for protecting habitat, and Bay Area native residents like the Rainbow Trout that call the creek home.

The Moon tarot card process 🌙

Slowly working on my California native plant inspired tarot card deck! I think Sacred Datura is perfect as The Moon card. 🤍

This one started as a sketch I did while I was vending at a market! I love having something to work on because I think it makes people more likely to approach my table. It’s less intimidating when you have something to do.

I got my illustration printed by Sticker Coven a local to me sticker printer!
