ARTS FEST VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: The Art Escape
Rebecca Myers, the creative force behind The Art Escape, invites visitors to experience the beauty of “book page art” at this year’s Holiday Market. As a Visiting Artist hosted by the Screw Factory team, Rebecca’s work reimagines under-loved books by transforming their pages into new, unique pieces of art. From delicate pen and ink drawings to mixed media creations, Rebecca’s art breathes new life into discarded books, ensuring that they don’t end up in the recycling bin, but instead become something meaningful and beautiful.
As a librarian, Rebecca has a deep appreciation for the stories and histories held within each page, and she channels that passion into her artwork.
