Ali Blair first picked up a hoop in 2008 and was transformed by the meditative qualities of hoop dance and quickly came to view hooping as a spiritual practice. " A daughter of Prometheus and burner at heart, she was drawn to fire early on in her hoop journey. She has performed all around the Southeast at events such as Bonnaroo, Shakori Hills and Clear Creek Festivals as a soloist and with a vari

ety of troupes. Ali is a high energy performer and passionate about spreading the message of healing and empowerment through flow arts. Currently she can be found spinning as Appalachian Flow. Ali lives in Berea, KY with her partner and 3 children.

yay! just back from FloydFest in Virginia where i performed with HuDost, played with fire and taught a hoop workshop... the best festival teaching experience yet! such good vibes there, the views were amazing and i've never had better event staff to work with - everyone was so kind and helpful. hope to trek back for next year!
