This is such a special time of year—celebrating their growth, hard work, and all they’ve accomplished this season.

✨ Welcome to High Pointe, Jemma! ✨

We are so excited to officially welcome Jemma Pecchia to our faculty!

Jemma brings nearly two decades of training in a pre-professional, competitive environment, with a strong foundation in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Tap, Lyrical, Pom, and Hip Hop. She is known for creating a positive, high-expectations environment where dancers feel both supported and challenged.

Most recently, she was a member of the Shockwave Collegiate Dance Team at Tulane University, serving as both Captain and Assistant Coach, where she led practices, mentored dancers, and helped guide the team through national-level competition experiences.

Jemma has already been stepping in and teaching a few classes this semester, and we have loved having her in the studio. We are so excited for her to be even more involved next season!

We can’t wait for our dancers to learn and grow with her this season 💜

• Performed at 3 Super Bowls
• Team Captain

Cooper brings elite-level performance experience and leadership to the classroom—helping dancers develop confidence, precision, and presence.

We are excited to welcome Rachel Hicks to the High Pointe faculty.

ABT Certified Teacher | Ballet, Pointe & PBT Specialist

• 20+ years teaching in Northwest Arkansas
• Certified in ABT National Training Curriculum (Pre-Primary–Level 3)
• PBT & PCT Certified
• Extensive experience in ballet, pointe, and technical development

Rachel is known for her strong technical training, attention to detail, and ability to develop confident, disciplined dancers.

At High Pointe, we are intentional about the educators we bring into our program—ensuring our dancers are trained with excellence, consistency, and purpose.

We are looking forward to the impact she will have this season.
