✨ AUDITOR SPOTLIGHT! ✨
Let me tell you about two women who were working HARD behind the scenes on pageant day! 👑✨
Our auditors, Taylor and JaKira, absolutely exceeded my expectations. This is NOT an easy job. It takes organization, focus, patience, accuracy, and the ability to keep your brain functioning while everything around you is moving at 100 miles an hour. 😂
And these ladies? They nailed it.
Their expert organization and calculation skills helped keep everything running smoothly and, most importantly, ensured that every score was handled with the care and accuracy this competition deserved. I truly could not have asked for better people to trust with such an important responsibility.
💛 Taylor is a Northeast Arkansas native who has called Northwest Arkansas home for more than a decade. With a background in psychology and a heart for helping others, she is passionate about making people feel seen, supported, and encouraged. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, friends, and beloved pets, getting lost in a good book, traveling, and finding little ways to keep growing and enjoying life.
Taylor was excited to experience the magic of pageantry from a completely different perspective and was honored to be part of such a special day!
✨ JaKira Crite Burns has proudly called Northwest Arkansas home for 12 years and brings a background in psychology, leadership, community service, education, behavioral health, youth services, and operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and has a genuine passion for encouraging others to recognize their confidence, individuality, and potential.
Outside of her professional life, JaKira loves spending time with her family, supporting her daughter in competitive cheer, and embracing fashion, beauty, and personal growth.
She was honored to serve as an auditor and celebrate the confidence, character, and accomplishments of every contestant.
