Construction has started on our new costume house! It is located on Military Road in Benton. Please watch for updates on the construction.

November 16, 2023: We are so excited about our brand new costume house that is being constructed. We have all of our costumes in storage at this point and cannot do any rentals. We are hoping to be open in the Spring 2024 at our new location.

The Royal Theatre Costume House Announcement!
We are Moving and Expanding!

The Royal Theatre has come across a great opportunity! The owner of The Costume Closet in Little Rock that rents costumes to the public is retiring and donating all of the costumes to us. We plan to set up a rental service to the public and other theaters to offset the cost of the lease for a new location. Good news…our new location is right next to the theater and much bigger, with heat and A/C and restrooms!

This will take several days to move everything and reorganize it. We need your help! Anyone that helps, will receive Community Service hours with documentation. In addition, each person who works a minimum of 12 hours will receive a season pass to all the shows this season (December 2022 through August 2023). There is a limit of one pass per person.

Phase I: Moving costumes from the Costume Closet in LR to new location.
Dates: Saturday, 9/10 & Saturday, 9/17
Times: 8am to ?
Location: 9108 N. Rodney Parham Road
We need as many hands as possible to load and move costumes. We may also need trucks and trailers to transport costumes back to Benton.

Phase II: Move existing costume house to new location next to the theater.
Dates and Times TBD
