Is it because:

Adding the last piece of material to the Kinusaiga project. These can be made as simple or complex as you're up for creating. I hand sketched this design quickly to make an example. The box can be stained or painted, the sides can be cleaned up and covered. This is a great way to use scrap materials or maybe a special piece of clothing for a keepsake. I have tons of ideas. Sunflowers, ghosts, witches, initials, quilt squares, etc! Class Saturday at 11 and 4 and Sunday at 12. $20/person. If you have a favorite piece of material you'd like to use, bring it in.

Have you seen this trending fabric art?
I have a Kinusaiga project in the works for the newest class we're offering. It's a Japanese fabric art created by carving a design into (in this case) foam insulation, covered with various fabrics then tucked into the seams to secure them. There are two frames available, square and hexagon. Video coming soon. Saturday 11am and 4pm. Sunday 12pm. Drink bar will be open. Byob.
