✨🩷 STAFF SPOTLIGHT 🩷✨ ANDREA MCLAMB🫶🏻
Andrea has called Alicia’s School of Performing Arts her dance home since she was just three years old. Her love for dance grew from student to teacher when she began teaching for Alicia at age 17. With more than 35 years of dance experience, Andrea has taught ballet, tap, jazz, and clogging and continues to share her love of dance with students of all ages.
Throughout the years, Andrea has received extensive training through dance workshops, intensives, and conventions and has had the opportunity to learn from many talented choreographers. She has earned numerous awards as both a competitive dancer and competitive coach and also enjoys choreographing competition and pageant solos.
This season, Andrea teaches BTJ 3 and 4, Intermediate Clogging 2, Adult Clogging, Junior Clogging, and Senior Tap.
Outside the studio, Andrea loves spending time with her husband of 20 years, Matthew, their son Mason, 13, and daughter Madison, 7, who has also danced at Alicia’s since she was three.
After growing up at Alicia’s, Andrea is grateful to now pour into the next generation of dancers at the studio that helped shape her own love of dance. She is so excited for another wonderful year at Alicia’s and can’t wait to see her students shine!
